Enjoy a family friendly, urban experience in a recently remodeled, 1920's bungalow. While each home is tastefully decorated in an eclectic style combining the ambience of the 1920’s and 30’s with the modern, the features and upgrades are purely 21st century.
From the moment of arrival you'll notice the careful attention to details and thoughtful anticipation of your needs that is Velma's unique approach to the short term, vacation rental. Located just 3 miles east of downtown and 23 miles from DIA, you will appreciate the easy access to freeways and to public transportation into downtown. From Velma’s the distance to major tourist attractions is measured in blocks, not miles.
Rent 1 or rent all 3. There is no management company to deal with, just me. As the owner I want you to love my homes and be charmed by this neighborhood as I was over 20 years ago. I am delighted to be able to share my homes and this wonderful neighborhood. I live just a few blocks away if you have any questions or concerns. I always look forward to meeting the guests and chatting a bit if their schedule permits.
